Junior Facebook Ads Specialist

Junior $500 – $800/mo Remote Full-time

This is an entry-level role for someone who wants to build a real career in paid advertising. You don't need agency experience — we'll teach you everything. What you do need is curiosity, attention to detail, and the discipline to follow processes while you learn. You'll work alongside a senior media buyer who will guide you day-to-day.

What You'll Do

  • Help set up Facebook & Instagram campaigns under guidance from senior team members
  • Create ad sets, upload creatives, and configure targeting based on provided briefs
  • Monitor daily performance and flag anything unusual to your team lead

Do I need agency experience to apply?

No. For Junior roles, we don't require agency experience. Personal projects, courses, or self-taught skills count. We provide full training and a dedicated mentor. What matters is your willingness to learn and your attention to detail.

How does the skills test work?
